If your issue was not caused by accidental damage and is covered by the limited one-year warranty or AppleCare+, there will be no charge.  If your iPhone is damaged and you have AppleCare+, youre subject to Apple Care + service pricing. If not, repair price vary up to the out-of-warranty fee.  Not sure if you’re covered? Check if you have AppleCare+ by entering your iPhone serial number. Mac Repairs

AppleCare+ coverage can be purchased to cover your device for a total of three years from purchase date.

iPad & iPod Repairs

If your issue wasn’t caused by accidental damage and it’s covered by warranty, AppleCare+ there’s no charge. If your iPad was damaged and you have AppleCare+, the coverage includes two incidents of accidental damage. Each incident has a service fee shown below. If you don’t have AppleCare+, your repair fee will vary up to the out-of-warranty fee below. Not sure if you’re covered? Check if you have AppleCare+ by entering your iPad or iPod serial number. Please note – personalized or engraved iPads and iPods can take 2-4 weeks for replacement Be sure to back up your iPad or iPod to iCloud or iTunes before you bring it in for service. Apple Watch Repairs

If you’re having issues with your Apple Watch, try restarting it first. You can also unpair your Apple Watch and then pair it again. Restart your Apple Watch Unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone Read Apple support articles If these steps don’t fix the issue, please visit our store to check your Watch in for service. We will diagnose the issue and if needed, mail it to Apple for repair or replacement. When you pick up your Apple Watch, we can give you the details on how it was serviced.

AirPods Repairs

If you need service for your AirPods or Charging Case, there’s no charge if the issue is covered under the Apple One Year Limited Warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law.

The prices for damage, battery service, and lost AirPods shown here are for repairs made by Apple. Pricing and terms might vary at other service providers. 

If your AirPods or Charging Case get damaged accidentally, you can replace each damaged item for an out-of-warranty fee. If you have AppleCare+ for Headphones, you’ll pay only an AppleCare+ service fee per incident.

The Apple Limited Warranty covers a defective battery, but it doesn’t cover wear from normal use. If your battery has a manufacturing defect and it’s covered by our warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, we’ll service it for no additional cost. If your battery issue isn’t covered, we offer battery service for a fee.If you have AppleCare+ for Headphones, it offers replacement coverage if your AirPod or Charging Case battery holds less than 80 percent of its original capacity.

If you lose an AirPod or your Charging Case, you can purchase a replacement. Your replacement will be new. AppleCare+ for Headphones does not cover lost or stolen AirPods.

Beats Repairs

If your product was damaged or your repair isn’t covered by the Apple Limited Warranty you might be able to repair or replace it for an out-of-warranty fee. Some damages aren’t eligible for out-of-warranty service at all; for example, if your device broke into multiple pieces. Apple reserves the right to determine whether your product is eligible.
